Management is 10–15% of the rent collected, depending on the number of units and whether it’s a long-term or short-term rental. Repairs and cleaning are billed at our normal rates, never marked up. Ask for a proposal and we’ll give you an exact figure for your property.

Yes. We manage long-term and short-term rentals. For short-term rentals in Toronto, the city only allows hosts to rent their principal residence and requires registration, so we’ll check your situation first.
No. Repairs and cleaning are done by our own team at our regular rates, with no markup added on top.
Yes. Many owners we speak with live abroad. You get one contact, monthly statements and photos from inspections, in English or Farsi.
